Privacy Policy
Idaho Falls Local (www.idahofallslocal.com) is operated by Zvario LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company. This page explains what we collect, which is not much.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and to see how quickly pages load. When a page loads, a script from Cloudflare reports the page address, the page that linked to it, your browser and device type, and load timing. Cloudflare may derive your country from your IP address. We see the results only as totals. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage.
Service providers
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which receives every request, including your IP address and browser details, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form and the removal forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending them, which loads a script from Cloudflare on those pages. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Information about businesses
Listings contain facts compiled from public business records: business name, street address, telephone number, category, approximate location, and opening hours where we have them. We do not publish business email addresses. We do not publish reviews, ratings or photographs.
If a listing is yours and you want it corrected or removed, tell us and we will do it at no charge. See About.
Information you send us
If you fill in the update form or a removal request, we store what you typed: your name, role, email, phone, website URL and message, together with the date and a one-way hashed form of your IP address. We keep your raw IP address nowhere; it is hashed before it is stored so it cannot be read back.
We use that information to make the correction or removal you asked for and to reply to you about it.
Marketing consent
The update form has a separate, unticked checkbox asking whether Zvario LLC may email you about its services. If you tick it, we record the exact wording you agreed to and when. If you leave it unticked, we will only contact you about the correction you asked for.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email and saying so, or by telling us here. We action it immediately.
Sharing
We do not sell the information you send us.
Retention
We keep correction and removal records so we have a record of what was asked for and when it was actioned. If you want your submission deleted, email us and we will delete it.
Server logs
The web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. These are held briefly and are not used to build any profile of you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message and we will answer.
